Hello there,
I recently subscribed to your dropship program. I purchased a few to give to my clients as samples and all were given back to me because they were all too small. This is bad for business! Why are they made smaller than indicated? Have you also gotten this type of complain from other customers? I joined because I thought I was going to make extra income, it seems as though this may not work!
Can you please tell me which items are true to size? it seems as though all of the jackets I purchased were all made too small!

Hello I sent this e-mail on Nov. 28th and did not receive a response:
I just received my order today, PP55670... The items were wonderful! However, I am missing two items, DPJ-07OBORB winter jacket, 1 in size xxs, and 1 in size xs. Also, it shows that one of my items were shorted (JBG-133), the luxury dog carrier in black. When will you be shipping this item since I was already charged for it when I originally payed. If the item is not in stock I would gladly take a replacement with a similar item or color, either purple or dark blue of JBG-132. If that is possible, that would be great, but if not if you can let me know when you can ship or refund me for missing items...
Can I please get a response, if I can't have the items I ordered delivered can you please refund me for them. Your products are wonderful and I plan on ordering more in the future.
