Hello.
I was checking my Credit Card statement and on Jan 30 I had a charge for my order CW38758 for $ 700.79 USD it was charged TWICE.

wholesale customer, ashley black - ordered about $45.00 (us dollars) items - shipping come to $30.00 which is TOO HIGH PRICE- your company address in clarksburg, MD (usa)- shipping should be less -send me a message if you can give CHEAPER shipping rate - what about us postal service ground shipping in flat-rate box or use some other economy shipping - or we cannot order from your company due to high shipping costs

I placed an order with your company July 22/2010
tracking #RR672788915CN.My credit card was charged for the amount due for the items ordered.
Ihave order from your company and it did take a while befor I received my order.As of today 11/20/2011 I still have not received my order.There is no on line tracking service for packages shipped. could you please ck into this or refund my credit card for the amount charged to it for the items not received.
