im from philippines and we want to inquire what is the cheapest shipping method to philippines? How many days? How much per kilo? Do we have to pay taxes or is there any other charges besides shipping fee? Is there a tracking number? Thanks...

after you place the order you will receive a track number.
about the shipping cost you will see in the check out page. its options you can choice. the cheapest way is by sea but it will take a month on the way. so it depend on you.
about the tax. we will put a low invoice on the package to save your tax. normaly there will no tax you need pay. but if in case you need custom your package you have to pay the tax by yourself
beside that you dont have any other need pay

I tried to track my package but your "tracking" service leaves much to be desired. It gave me no info, even after entering my order and tracking numbers twice. It's like the site keeps you on the first page, asking you for the order and tracking numbers then when you enter them...nothing! It keeps you at the first window and asks you to enter your order info again.

In the order No. PP39645 I should have received: DTSB-20C Blank T-shirt - Cream(5 pieces Set) 1XS and 1XXS but I unfortunatly received only DTSB-20 1XS and DTSB-20 1XXS instead. So in the order was 8 t-shirts cream missing, 4 in XXS and 4 in XS.
Then I also have a question about the membership, you wrote this has one year validity, is this time runing from the joining-in date or from the beginning of the year according to the christian calender?

Dear Lovelonglong Team,
I placed the order, but could not find the shipping option sea&ground so I was doing it with EMS but for the firs time I had to pay charge and tax. I actually payed more tax than the delivery cost itself. I didn't have the choice of delivery methode, and I didn't expect such extra-cost, as I usually don't pay any by chosing an other shipping methode. I have already sent a feedback when placing the order about the lack of choice for shippment, but didn't get any answer...
I'm very disappointed.
