I BROUGHT A BLACK RHINESTONE DOGS COOLAR FROM YOU ITS BEAUTIFULL, BUT I ORDERED A LARGER SIZE IT WAS TOO BIG FOR MY DOGS NECK I'VE KEPT IT ANYWAY, AS I MADE EXTRA HOLE IN THE COLLAR WITH A TOOL PUNCHER. AND ITS GREAT AS I HAVE A MOBILITY SCOOTER, MY DOG RUN'S BESIDES THE SCOOTER, AND AT NIGHT THE RHINESTONES SHINE LIKE DIAMONDS, AND IT
HELPS OTHER CAR DRIVERS TO SEE THAT I HAVE A DOG WITH ME WHEN WE GO OUT TO SEE FRIENDS. I AM SO PLEASED I FOUND YOUR WEBSITE, AS I HAVE BEEN BUYING THESE COLLARS FROM A SHOP IN THE UK CALLED PETS AT HOME, AND THEY HAVE STOPPED SELLING THIS TYPE OF COLLAR. I'M OVER THE MOON. To Whom It May Concern,
I have received my package yesterday. However there are two missing items (Item # DSSD-003). My credit card was charged the amount of $114.52 which is for the order total of $79.52 plus shipping ($35). There is no excuse for this. Besides, I have been trying to call since yesterday and no one picks up the phone. I always get an answering machine. I demand to be credited the amount of $7.98 plus the shipping for that portion of the order which is $17. I simulated the order online for those 2 products and that is the shipping charge for them. Moreover, the dress size is deceiving. It wouldn't even close on my dog but it costs too much to return it or exchange it and I am afraid you would mess up my order once again.
I need a solution ASAP!

It has been 30 days, not including weekends or holidays, since I placed my order and there is still NO SIGN of it in the USA. The tracking number still says that China is preparing to dispatch my package. I am starting to get worried that I will never receive my order. There is only 8 more days and it hasnt reached the USA. I received my latest order yesterday and I ordered 9 x DCRC-01 (Holiday ornament collar) No 1 which is red. Instead I received No 2 which is orange and I have no use for them. The shipping cost for me to return these is to high. Can you let me have your alternative.
I am very happy with your service although I do think the small dog range is not tru to size.

I am just wondering why I should keep purchasing from you while your competitors are all offering FREE POSTAGE on orders over 100 or 200 items? Their prices for products are comparable, however they are all offering FREE POSTAGE on large orders and cheaper drop shipping.

I placed my order on 20.08.10, August 20th, 2010. I received my tracking information but it has been 11 days and all the tracking informtion says is when it was shipped and the destination country. Why is that and when will it tell me where my package is?

I've received the new design raincoat, in all three colours and in all sizes.
I've sold a lot of them but when they reached the customers, the umbrella print start to flake and fall off.
I can't return to you cos they have already taken off the wrapping and tags.
I just wanna let you know that there's no way I will order this raincoat again.
