Hi there,
I originally contacted your company, back in may LAST YEAR (2009), hoping to get a Harley Davidson jacket in Bright PINK!!
(MUST have the Harley Davidson Eagle symbol on it though - like items DLC-007E and DLC-L007E but in Bright Pink)
and I was first told to keep checking the website. So I waited till August last year to send another message. When I contacted you guys again in August 2009 I was told that I would be contacted soon. Now it has been OVER a year and I have still not received any emails or messages!!
I absolutely love your items but I had a heap of unhappy customers leave our company because we have had to wait so long without word!!

I shop here every time I buy something for my doggys, and I'm really happy with you about the choice, witch is huge (but never enough...) and also I was at the first order I must say, quite surprised about the quality! The clothes are for the most of them really confortable and well adaptated to the morphology of our pets... and the quality on details as sewings or tissus is standing!! So in general, thank you!!
Now, here a suggestion, about the item DPQV-001: This item is great!
What I like about it:
- The stretch part on the chest/belly betwen the front legs.
- The oppening, a zip situated on the top (lengh of the back).
- The fact we can also use the item as a harness.
- The item is warm.
What I think would make it one of the most practicle clothes ever:
- Please, other fabrics/color... not only pink and blue.
- Having the neckband a bit bigger.
If one day you would be thinking of renewing this item or making other items presenting the same qualifications that would be really great!!
By the way I love the Ribbed tank top very practical for small dogs!

normal air mail track update is not very detail it will just told you the order was shipped and when will arrive U.S.

I agree with suggestion to make not just cotton clothes,but with stretching. It will be more comfortable and will not loose its looking.

Thanks for giving us more variety for the big dogs. Especially the L-XL sizes. Hard to find affordable well made clothes for the big fellows. Happy to see more colours in the hoodie sweatshirts and the fur collar jacket in the plus sizes now.
