I order now already since long time with you regularly. I can the orders be always supplied with EMS, within 4 - 7 days. Since approx. four months, the packages arrive of EMS never within this time, although I must pay the high mail-order price. The supply always takes place within 9 - 11 days. Can you me help. Can I require of EMS money back?

Today I have contacted EMS postal service and checked the status of my order.
They told me that YOU DIDN T SEND ME the order or the track number is WORNG .

Your website states that I will get wholesale pricing if I order over 30 pieces, Well I ordered 31 pieces and It DID NOT do as your website said it would and that was change the price at the end. I dont want it if you can't give me the wholesale price as you PROMISED. Also I've CALLED an CALLED an CALLED why is that no one answer your phone.

when i pay my order i payed the shippingcosts in advanced,why must to EMS (in Germany GDSK)twice as much pay accessorial charges of 38,77 Dollar for the package?It 's unreasonable from EMS .

On december I replaced an order with your company it was total of $1.328.95 these money was deducted from my acount on 12/22/2009 ,i receive this order .then i place another small order for the total of $388.16 include felevery charg was deducted from my acount on december 24 2009 i never receieved i did call many times but still this problem is not solved . i need to make another order but before that i need you to credit my acount for these charges ($388.16)
