Today we have received our order PP30081 but unfortunately we have found several items missing. Infact the missing items are not listed in your invoice which was attached with the boxes. Please note that total of missing items amounts to USD 1315.19 plus approx USD 370 freight charges. Also, we have paid 6.3% duty which is non refundable to local Customs Department on all missing items since we have forwarded them the invoice with full value as per our order.
Below pls find missing item numbers for your reference:
Kindly check matter and advice how we can settle this issue. We urgently need these items since we have customers waiting for these items. Also as you can see, amount is very big and cannot be supported by our company.

I made a "suggestion" on items that I didn't see on your site but it was also a question if you had any intentions of getting the items I asked about. I never got a response. I am still feeling your site out, in order to see if I can CONFIDENTLY order $200 worth of merchandise and recieve it w/out any complications....that's why I'm reading all the "feedback". I also would feel more confident, if I knew I could contact a PERSON OR JUST KNOW CUSTOMER SUPPORT WILL BE THERE IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG...

I think not reasonable to use EMS/China post because a lot of problems with it !!! Im tired to wait more then 4weeks. You sent without tracking number or its wrong !!! So why not to change...
Also, im not order next clothes bcs im not sure it will come/when????? Maybe You will more seriously think. Not just robot phrases "we do our best".

We got our last order today and there was missing some products that we have ordered and payed for.
DRD-008. Those were all missing when it arrived.
On another note. Since we are a company, we need to get our account updated as un companyaccount and not as a physical person.
This is very important for us so customs gets the information when it arrives in Sweden. We have an credit account with them and are now forced to pay customs when we receive the package. So on the shippingpapers they have to see our VAT number. Also EORI number SE5566538004. Our customernumber for the Swedish Customs is 556653-8004-00.

Being a first time customer, we are disappointed with the quality of the item we order.
The Angel Wing Dog Harness's quality is totally bad. The harness hook can not be open, therefore I have a difficult time to hook it to the harness.
Even the buttons are of low quality, I tried the harness on my little buddy, it fits perfectly but upon opening the button, 1 of it fell off..... now my doggie is having a harness with less 1 button.
I strong encourage your company to look into the quality.

I purchased a light reflector (like for our bikes..the ones that blink), in a bone shape, about 2in. long. I got this at Petco and LOVED it because my puppy walks behind me and it makes me nervous walking across streets at night. Only problem is..The batteries or the thing itself started to die. I would LOVE it if you guys would find other products like it and have it on your site! :)
