not user friendly at all, and live and work the IT on line world as marketing manager for Travelocity 33yrs If can't stand your web site what customer can !!!! I have spent an hour trying to order a customer name color for new Great Dane Puppy and a lead. I get the color designed and added to my cart and I go to the lead and Collar is suddenly gone....Guess I will shop elsewhere

Hello,
I would like you to tell me what is happening with my order. The EMS tracking number says that my order has been shipped to Canada but when I go to Canada Post, it says that my order has been shipped back to China !

The little terry bath robes with legs, which actually become more like a lounging suit, are way out of proportion. The only dogs they would fit have to be short bodied and but very thick chested. I have two dogs. In order to get them long enough for my girls, the chests would be 5+ inches too big. These are a great style and the fabrics, design are wonderful...
too bad they won't fit most dogs. The only dog I can think of that they might fit is a bull dog.
