I need someone to call me as soon as possible. I place my order and paid for my order on 6/20/09 and yet I have not received my merchandize. As per your website between shipment and delivery it only takes between 4-7 business days.

Hello Lovelonglong Team, I have a question about the leads on your Homepage. Could you not make the leads matching the collars longer than 120cm. For a small dog i find it to short 2m would be a lot better. And why have you no Flexi Leads in your Program. I hope you dont mind me asking and thank you for an answer. My Regards Sylvia

Is there any chance that you would consider making DPQV004 and the other three garments in that range in other colours. They are popular and people have been requesting other colours as the blue and the pink plain ones arent the nicest of colours. Black has been request a lot as it doesnt show up the dirt. They are popular and people would love more colour range.

first you need register an account. after that please sign in your account. and you can choice the item which you want, please know if the quantity over 30 pieces you will get the wholesale price. about the shipping cost it will show on the bottom of the order. Hi Lovelonglong,
Love all the clothes, but please check the pink dresses because I have received some with stains on them. I would return them, but its to much of a hassle. They are the plain pink dresses. It would be great if you made them in other colors, maybe stripes or some bright pinks and blues. Just a thought.

Thank you for the response, I hope you are able to make them stronger. They are very popular. I have had one returned because the zip kept sliding down on her dog. We tested them in our hands and they all did the same thing. The zip need to hold better when done up.
The two that had broken "D" rings were not returned so I can not provide you with a sewing number, he saw our store and popped in and scared a customer away telling me what happened to the two harnessess.
Sorry I cant give you more information than that. But I have seen the problem with the zip, so havent been pushing sales of them since. Im glad you are keen to fix the problem.
I love your stuff, the generally the quality is excellent. Youve always gotten my order right and to me quickly. Thanks very much.

A customer visited our shop on the weekend to say that he had earlier purchased two DJHL-006 amd DJHL-007 and the "D"
ring on both garments broke. This is not good and it could endanger dogs lives if they break free from the leash. They may need to be made of tougher metal or secured better. I also had complaints for the same garment, when you zip them up the zipper slides open very easily as the dog walks. This can be seen by holding the garment and gently pulling at both sides, the zip doesnt hold in place.

Dear Sirs,
in my last order, CW26445, you mixed up colours and names in colars.
In order there was "ZINA" text in the colar DCR-040B and "BONO" text on colar DCR-040E.
What you delivered was: "BONO" in colar DCR-040E and "ZINA" in colar DCR-040E.
I am just planing my next orser so is it possible you to compensate this?
