I placed an order awhile back and I just got the order in today and it came out to be the wrong color of the item is there anyway possible that i can exchange the light blue sailor suit to a navy blue sailor suit. Please get back to me as soon as you possibly can. I do not want my customer to get upset with me with the color. Thank you very much and I appreciate any info you can give me.

Hi, I placed order #PP47861 on 6/12. This is the first time I have dealt with your company. I am very frustrated because I can not find out if the order has been prossed or shipped. I have no idea when it will arrive. At this point the only thing I know is my money has been taken out.
Will you please give me some information as to when I might expect the order. I tried to search with YW Express, but received no info there either.

I checked with Malaysia International Inquiry CSII just now, They advise me to check with your company, because the goods which I ordered on 06/04/2011, CP239482383 still in China.

Please take action to settle my problem, It took a long time for me to wait for it, your company always said my goods is on the way, asked me to wait for 1 more week and 1 more week never end, and also said that the shipping take about 1 or 1 1/2 month to receive the goods, but since I ordered until now is going to 2 months I wondered why my goods still in China, what happen???

If the answer is wait and wait, that is not right, don't forget I placeed 1 order dated 27/03/2012, Then your company said that item which I ordered no more stock already, then ask me to change or cancell the item, while 06/04/2011 then confirmed my order, I place 1 order but your company ship my ordered goods in 2 shippment.

Shipment #1 received on 27/04/2012, Shipment #2 until now stil not receive yet., don't you think the delivery time so much running out????

Please don't twist your words again!!! Do something in seriously!!!

sorry about this i just tracked one of your shipment and see it has been delieveried.

I didnt realize the other one.

About the shipment #2 as you can see we shipped on 22th same time as the #1. it must be the shipment company problem. I have to contact them during the work time tomorrow for this. I will e-mail you the status for this.

what is the item are you going to buy? the shipping fee depend on the weight. i saw you last 2 orders you just pay $5.00 shipping as you order some items which not heavy.

if you order something like a wooden bed. the shipping cost may take 60.00. We charge shipping cost very reasonable.

hi dear customer: it depend on the weight. you can try to make an order on our website. you will see the shipping cost during the order.
For EMS the first 500g is $30.00 and each 500g is $9.00. will take about 5-8 business days.
normal air mail first 100g about $4.00 and each 100g cost 2.00
