I purchased my order from you on 2/13/12. Your website states it was shipped via EMS on 2/16/12. However, when I try to track it, it states check your number and resubmitt. I tried on your site and the EMS site. I would like to know where my order is in the shipping process.

I ordered over 30 items from you 2 weeks ago, and my merchadise has not been delivered as of yet. I tracked the package and the Post Office told me that my package has not even been shipped yet. They said it hasnt even went through customs. I would like to know where my package is. I called customer service and they told me that my package would arrive on Feb 17, well its past that time frame. I do not think it is fair to have to pay 54.00 for shipping if you can not deliver the items as promised. Please contact me at 717-919-8714. If I do not hear from you by Monday I will contact the BBB.

Your billing page will not allow me to put my zip code in!!! I live in the UK so our zip/post codes have letters and numbers in them, so i can's set up the billing page. your shipping page takes the zip/postal code for the UK ok so why doesn't your billing page? Please fix or advise what to do!!!
