This is my second order with you. I have not yet received any emails confirming order and shipping. When I placed my first order I received confirmation from you but I have not heard anything this time. Please confirm confirmation of order/shipping. I have tried using the tracking system but it didn't give me any info.

Hello I am so sorry to bother you, my name is Illi. This is the first time I bought shoes for my dog. I measure his paws as indicated on your chart and that was matching with size 7 but when I tried on him I realized they are a little bit small, I'm afraid my dog is size 8. As well I realize that I click on dark blue instead of just blue that was completely my fault. Another thing I found out that is quite hard to tide them up. Do you think it will be possible to change the size for a number 8 and maybe, if possible, change them for a model with velcro? I was looking at your models and there are two that I like; one of them, model DSAY-07WSB air doggy style boots, are the same price as the one I bought. The other one, model DSSA-001 Air Doggy Style dog bootsis cheaper, if you let me exchange it don't worry about the difference of money. If a change of model is not possible I would like just to get a bigger size and if possible change the color from dark blue to blue.

As well I would like to know how to return the other shoes, I have everything original packaging and everything even the mail bag where it came from.
