Since you started sending parcels via EMS Singapore the delivery times are about twice as long and all parcels are being held at customs for charging and tax and duty have to be paid every time, the old EMS China system was much better.

Do you have a label with a description of the product, I received a collar and there was nothing, and when I need a bigger contract specification for products with a duty to introduce the product to market. Do you have these documents that will allow me to pay duty state products.I do not want to customs stopped me a package in Poland -EU.
