hello, i have been waiting for two parcels from you and i have been tracking them, they say they failed to deliver, as they tried at 8.30 am and my shop doea not open till nine i have tried to contact then but have had no luck. could you please advise what to do next

I received my order, in which two items are missing. It is in fact one item that I ordered in double DJS-005-B it wasn't in the package and was neither checked on the list which was with the package. I hope we can find a solution.

Since you started sending parcels via EMS Singapore the delivery times are about twice as long and all parcels are being held at customs for charging and tax and duty have to be paid every time, the old EMS China system was much better.
