I had much problems with my last purchase,cause you didn't put the discount invoice with my stuff, so i have to pay a lot of taxes to import it.
Please send me your " Tax ID" number it is needed to liberate the products from Mexico's customs office. |

I would like to buy 200/300 t-shirts (Sweet-heart neck tank), a mix of colors between these models (all the same but for the color):

On these t-shirts I would like to print or embroider my logo.
What I would like to print is the cartoon-westie you can find on the right-top page of my website (www.westy.it)
Would you suggest to print or embroider it (my logo done similar to this Item Code: DED-017 - no hello kitty but my westie)?
Could you make me a quotation for both the situations? I have see your price list for custom print, but I am not sure to understand which situation is mine. Sorry...

shipment delays

I placed an order 10 February and I can't trace it anywhere today and it has not even reached the country yet even though I selected the express option. The customer service is of no help and can barely write a proper email saying only wait and see. I am very dissapointed. Hopefully the items will be of quality if they ever get here.... I was counting on the clothes to be here by now but it looks like 4-7 days is one month............. |

as this month is Chinese new year. it is a LONG holiday . so post office make it delayed than normal
the order is on the way to you. It is not show on the website for the tracking detail is becaurse the holiday delay so they update slow.
